Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Requirements
- Qualification in secretarial studies, administration or other relevant field will be considered advantageous
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience as a receptionist, secretary or office administrator
- Fluent spoken and written English, Greek
- Russian Language will be considered an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a high pressure environment
- Neat and well presented
Responsibilities & Duties
The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the secretarial, reception and office administration duties of the Firm including but not limited to the following:
Secretarial & Reception:
- General liaison for basic secretarial and coordinating functions
- Booking and managing appointments
- Manage company switchboard, routing calls as appropriate
- Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages
- Receive and distribute fax correspondence
- Process daily outgoing and incoming mail
- Greet all visitors and inform the appropriate staff of their arrival etc.
Office Management:
- Daily organization for the efficient functioning of the office
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Monitor and order stationery
- Deal with all general office correspondence and queries
- Prepare letters and reports
- Manage office budgets
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems
