AGC Contractors, a leading construction company, is seeking to employ an Office Administrator to join its team at its head office in Engomi, Nicosia.
If you have a pleasant personality coupled with a positive attitude, then we would like to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Register incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Forward correspondence to relevant parties
- Format technical information into standard company forms
- Collate progress reports
Profile and Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Degree in Office Administration or experience in similar post
- Experience: 2 – 5 years in similar position
- Fluent in Greek and good command of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly motivated, willing to learn and apply knowledge
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a demanding, friendly environment
- On the job training will be provided
