- Meet and greet
- Manage executives’ calendar
- Maintain office document management system
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- General office administration and contact with suppliers
- General assistance to Managing Director
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English (spoken and written)
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
