Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Arrange new meetings and appointments
- Communicating with local suppliers
- Typing and word processing
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Requirements
- Politeness
- Integrity and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal Greek and English skills are necessarily
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Work permission is obligatory.
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Proficiency in MS Office software’s
