We are looking for dynamic professionals to undertake the first point of contact on behalf of our company at our Paphos Airport Branch.

The ideal candidates should be friendly and easy to relate person whilst at the same time being very perceptive and disciplined.

A customer-oriented philosophy and approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and offering services.
• Answer questions, handle requests and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and friendly manner, both on the telephone and in person.
• Follow and maintain all Quality Assurance standards at location issued by the company.
• Use company approved sales and service techniques to educate every customer about every product.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work individually and within a team environment
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Driving License (Manual and Automatic)
