Side to Side Ltd: Ζητείται Office Administrator – Λεμεσός
Duties and Qualifications:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication and arranging couriers (phone calls, emails, correspondence etc)
- Having the overall responsibility for general office management such as: ordering office general supplies, coordinating maintenance issues etc
- Scheduling meetings
- Organisation skills: knowledge of MS Office – Excel – Power Point
- Excellent written & spoken of English Language and good knowledge of Greek Language
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
