Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Reception duties
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with clients
- Assist in other daily activities, office administration and any project that may arise
- Greeting clients, dealing with telephone enquiries, organizing logistics and documents
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
Requirements
- College/University degree
- Fluent in English and in Greek
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team player
