The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing marketing objectives and strategies to drive growth opportunities for the Brands, meet business priorities and contribute to overall business success.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops Brand marketing strategy to support business needs based on thorough analysis of consumer, market trends and competition, ensuring brand plans reflect the company’s vision and long-term strategy
  • Drives brand equity, ensuring alignment of marketing mix behind agreed strategy
  • Develops and maintains strong working relations within and outside the Commercial function and Key Customers to ensure that commercial goals of the brand are met
  • Collaborates closely with planning and manufacturing teams to secure on time production and delivery of promo SKUs and new launches
  • Plans and manages the Brand budget (DME)
  • Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of brand’s projects and, if needed, takes corrective actions to meet assigned targets and drive brand growth & health
  • Develops annual brand media plans and ensures appropriate execution according to agreed strategy
  • Actively contributes to the development of the promo strategy of the brand
  • Monitors and evaluates all relevant KBIs (Volume, Volume/Value Share, GP/uc, New launches volume)
  • Develops internal communication plans aiming to engage internal stakeholders (e.g. for new launches, campaigns and brand events)
  • Builds effective relationships with vendors/agencies leading to improved results at optimum cost
  • Assesses and implements potential ideas from other markets for local growth

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ professional experience in Brand Management or Customer Marketing roles
  • Experience in New Product Development, local ATL production and digital activation will be considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of key financial indicators (i.e. P&L)
  • Social media marketing experience is desired
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing. A Master’s degree or an MBA will be considered an asset
