ERGO Home Group Ltd: Ζητείται HR Administrator – Λευκωσία
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Prepare HR Documents (i.e. employment contracts, policy manuals)
- Register available jobs, Collect CVs & and arrange interviews
- Update internal databases (i.e. annual leave, record sick or maternity leave)
- Organize Trainings for personnel- Internal/ External
- Liaise with external partners
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist accounting department by providing relevant employee information for payroll (i.e. new employees, leaves of absence, sick day, overtimes etc)
- Participate in HR projects
- Organize events for employees
Requirements:
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Very Good Computer literate
- Be able to work under pressure when deadlines need to be met
- Fluent Greek and English language (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
