Chartac Management Services Limited, a Corporate Administration and Fiduciary services firm based in Nicosia, is looking to recruit a front desk and telephone operator (receptionist) that will also be assisting the Compliance department (KYC & Due Diligence).
Job description
- Answering incoming customer calls and managing the telephone switchboard
- Assisting the Compliance department in following up requests to clients and keeping KYC/Due Diligence files in good order
- General front desk duties
- General office administration duties
- Scheduling of appointments
- Managing office supplies and restocking
- Processing expenses and petty cash
Requirements
- Excellent command of both English and Greek languages. (Russian will be considered an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate via telephone and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office package.
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must. Experience in a Corporate Administration Firm will be a definite advantage.
