Chartac Management Services Limited, a Corporate Administration and Fiduciary services firm based in Nicosia, is looking to recruit a front desk and telephone operator (receptionist) that will also be assisting the Compliance department (KYC & Due Diligence).

Job description

  • Answering incoming customer calls and managing the telephone switchboard
  • Assisting the Compliance department in following up requests to clients and keeping KYC/Due Diligence files in good order
  • General front desk duties
  • General office administration duties
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Managing office supplies and restocking
  • Processing expenses and petty cash

Requirements

  • Excellent command of both English and Greek languages. (Russian will be considered an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate via telephone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office package.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must. Experience in a Corporate Administration Firm will be a definite advantage.
