The company is seeking to recruit staff to support the operations of its organization. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to utilize their organisational skills and expertise in a highly fast-growing financial market while introducing them to an exciting ground-breaking industry.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of Support staff
- Maintain good, professional communication between all the departments and partners of the organization
- Build good work relationships with our partners and associates in countries such as Japan, Russia and Cyprus (mainly done electronically)
- Investigate client issues and refer these to the right department to reach a resolution. The Support staff is expected to provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for Client trade queries, resolving them in a timely manner and directing issues to other departments within the organization as appropriate.
- The right candidate must be confident using Excel to generate reports and organise data as well as using and learning new technology tools.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as those will be defined by the Head of the Support Department
- Confidentiality is a must
- No work dress code.
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- A college/university degree is advantageous but if the right candidate has experience in a Support department and is a confident user of Excel with very good command of the English language then they will be considered for the role.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English is a must, nearly all communication is done in English so this cannot be compromised. Knowledge of another language will be considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated and keen to learn, not afraid to ask questions until they fully understand somethin
- A self-starter with the aptitude to quickly learn new products and services.
- A willingness to work shift patterns (including weekends and night shifts). Five days a week.
- Please note night shifts are between midnight and 7am. Other shifts range between 7am-3pm, and 3pm to midnight.
