We are currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist for our Head Office in Limassol.
- Welcome and great visitors.
- Arranging appointments, meetings and maintaining calendar in an accurate and timely manner.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, couriers
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Manage all travel arrangements for the management and other employees for business purposes
- Order stationery and any other equipment to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Provide secretarial assistance to the management and other employees such as filing, typing, scanning, printing and binding documents
- Liaise with the medical provider.
- Maintain business premises (the office) clean and tidy at all the times
- Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial/Administration studies(preferable)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent command of the English language
- Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Polite, responsible, reliable person
- Motivated and disciplined
