Xenios Stephanou & Associates L.L.C. is a respected market leader in the property market of Cyprus. The company is currently seeking to employ a secretary / administrative assistant to join and support our team of qualified professionals, at our office in Nicosia.
- Perform secretarial duties including but not limited to:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails and faxes
- Printing, copying and scanning documents
- Preparing envelopes and dispatching documents
- General bookkeeping tasks
- Perform specialist task including:
- Organising incoming valuation instructions and documents
- Type and format valuation reports accordingly
- Provide overall administrative support to other members of staff
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
- College degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration
- Fluent in Greek
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (mainly Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Work experience in a Property Valuation firm or Real Estate Agency will be a plus, but not necessary
