Xenios Stephanou & Associates L.L.C. is a respected market leader in the property market of Cyprus. The company is currently seeking to employ a secretary / administrative assistant to join and support our team of qualified professionals, at our office in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial duties including but not limited to:
    • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails and faxes
    • Printing, copying and scanning documents
    • Preparing envelopes and dispatching documents
    • General bookkeeping tasks
  • Perform specialist task including:
    • Organising incoming valuation instructions and documents
    • Type and format valuation reports accordingly
  • Provide overall administrative support to other members of staff
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • College degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration
  • Fluent in Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (mainly Word and Excel)
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Work experience in a Property Valuation firm or Real Estate Agency will be a plus, but not necessary
