Job Purpose
The incumbent holding this role is providing general office administrative support on Construction Site
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparation of documents
- Distributing the incoming post, and dispatching outgoing post
- Filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Education
- 3 Years minimum experience in an administrative role
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage
Key Competencies
- Planning and organisation skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language(verbal and written)
