Be the first point of contact for customers by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
• Generating/ follow up leads and reach sales targets
• Follow up any pending applications and maintain client records
• Administrate all paperwork related to customer service
• Use of all necessary software applications to support new and existing customers requests
