Sparkle Media Solutions Ltd: Office Adminsitrator – Λεμεσός
Our company is currently looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Every day office administrative support
- Schedule company events, meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
- Conduct any interaction with the public sector
- Interact with migration for employees visas
- Order and dispense office supplies
- Maintain paper and electronic filing system
- Handle basic marketing tasks
- Handle basic accounting tasks
Skills:
- Relevant degree required
- At least 2 years experience
- Excellent Greek and English communication skills (written and verbal). Russian will consider and advantage
- Team player who can work on own initiative
- Good communication and organization skills
- Cross-cultural skills as we have employees from difference nationalities
- Ability to multi-task
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Graphic Design Skills and email marketing will be consider an advantage
- Basic accounting skills will be consider an advantage
