EXSUS AUDIT is the accounting, audit and tax consulting division of EXSUS GROUP with offices in Athens, Dubai, London, Moscow and Nicosia. We pride ourselves on the quality of service to our clients and on our staff.
We currently wish to employ two Administrators to be based at our offices in Nicosia.
Interested applicants will have the following duties and should meet the following criteria:
1. Manage calls and correspondence,
2. Manage agendas/meetings and appointments for management,
3. Support division’s day to day needs and activities,
4. Apply KYC and compliance procedures,
5. Create and update records and databases.
1. Fluent in Greek and English. Russian could be considered as an advantage,
2. Strong communication and writing skills,
3. Demonstrated planning and organizational skills,
4. Ability to work under pressure,
5. Competent use of IT,
6. Friendly personality, positive attitude and collaborative spirit is a must,
7. Degree or qualification on secretarial/administration or another related field.
