Main Responsibilities

  • General office administration (duties)
  • Collaborate and interact with other departments to ensure smooth office operation
  • Responsible for processing the customer’s inquiries for quotations, following up on the respective communication
  • Coordination of customer orders

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Computer literate (Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Team player
  • Graphic design skills will be considered as a plus
  • Event coordinator skills will be considered as a plus
