ANHUR FIDUCIARY LIMITED in Nicosia is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Secretary full-time basis to be the face of their front desk.

The duties include:

  • Switchboard (answering and transferring telephone calls)
  • Managing of incoming/outgoing post
  • Typing and copying documents
  • Managing of stationery and office consumables
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting planning, scheduling, preparation of conference rooms and looking after visitors
  • External duties (banks, post office, authorities)
  • Ensuring overall smooth running of the front desk
  • Ad-hoc duties related to the above tasks
  • May be required to provide assistance in the corporate department’s duties

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience in corporate and fiduciary environment
  • A good, friendly, professional telephone manner and attitude towards guests and clients
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages both verbal and written
  • Computer Literate (MS Office applications)
  • Fast learner, motivated to expand their knowledge
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work and perform their tasks on their own
  • Approachable with excellent people skills and a team-player
  • Self-motivated and career-driven
