The Job Description is as follows:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting tasks of the Company
• In charge of all book-keeping entries
• Performing client and bank account reconciliations
• Preparation, submission and payment of VAT
• Calculation, issuing and credit control of invoices to clients
• In charge of meeting other mandatory payments to the authorities
• Preparation of payroll and payment of social insurance and taxes to the authorities
• Liaising with auditors for the prompt preparation and submission of the annual financial statements
• Liaising with the banks as and when required
• Report directly to the managing director

Requirements:

• At least  5 years of experience in a similar position
• LCCI intermediate or higher is preferred
• Fluency in Greek and English is required
• IT literate. Knowledge of E-Soft accounting software is a plus
• Excellent communicating skills
• Sociable individual who can mingle within the pleasant environment of an open plan office space
