We are a large financial and fiduciary services firm in Limassol, Cyprus, with a diverse international client base and reputation for high quality services.

We are seeking an individual with the following credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Related work experience considered as advantage
  • Proficiency in the English Language
  • Experience in corporate administration and legal matters
  • Must be motivated, career driven and a team player
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Key responsibilities

  • Reading, monitoring and responding email, faxes and post
  • Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
  • Managing electronic diary, making appointments
  • Planning and organizing meetings
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
  • Carrying out specific projects and research
