We are a large financial and fiduciary services firm in Limassol, Cyprus, with a diverse international client base and reputation for high quality services.
We are seeking an individual with the following credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Related work experience considered as advantage
- Proficiency in the English Language
- Experience in corporate administration and legal matters
- Must be motivated, career driven and a team player
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Key responsibilities:
- Reading, monitoring and responding email, faxes and post
- Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
- Managing electronic diary, making appointments
- Planning and organizing meetings
- Preparing correspondence
- Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- Carrying out specific projects and research
