Job duties and responsibilities:
As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for co-creating, implementing and monitoring our Social Media strategy in order to further increase our online presence and empower our marketing and sales efforts.
- Co-create & execute marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation of schedules, along with external agency and internal stakeholders
- Collect and interpret market analysis reports, research activity of company competitors and share results with all relative stakeholders
- Monitor the corporate share of voice through (digital) listening tools & methodologies
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
- Monitor most important social media & marketing performance KPIs & assist in the evaluation of marketing actions
- Make recommendations related to marketing actions and campaigns in order to optimize the commercial results
- Assist in designing, coordinating and running PR events & CSR activities in accordance with the budget and marketing strategy
- Create and distribute engaging written content for social media platforms & work closely with copywriters for content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog
- Maintain day to day contact with external advertising agency regarding the execution and monitoring of marketing actions
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Job requirements and qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field
- Fluency in speaking and reading business English
- Great knowledge of social media best practices
- Knowledge of how to set digital campaigns & interpret reports
- Good understanding of how to interpret social media and marketingKPI’s
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Customer focused
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- The ideal candidate will adapt quickly and take ownership of his/her work
