Job Description
- Managing incoming and outgoing daily correspondence (email, DHL packages) and updating relevant registers;
- Preparation of various word and excel documents;
- Working with the manager and providing support;
- Undertaking general office administration tasks;
Required skills and experience
- Excellent English both verbal and written is a must;
- Organisation and time management skills;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent IT skills including excel, outlook, word;
- Tact, discretion, diplomacy;
