Key Way Investments Limited, a Regulated Investment Firm is seeking to recruit a Part Time Office Administrator to join its fast growing team in Nicosia. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/office supplies etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support leaves and payroll procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Greek will be consider an advantage
  • Excellent organisational Skills
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities and work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Disciplined, self-motivated & reliable;
  • Diligent about arriving to work on time and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Possesses a can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build strong working relationships within all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing workload and circumstances effectively
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, required
