- Ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the office;
- Filing of incoming and outgoing information from clients (Document Control);
- Social media management;
- Social events coordination;
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, calls, enquiries and requests;
- Preparation of fee proposals and other documents;
- Undertake general administrative duties.
- Written and oral Greek is essential;
- Written and oral English is essential;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Strong organizational skills.
Past experience in an engineering/architectural office will be beneficial but not essential.
