Axent Fianncial Advisers Ltd: Ζητείται Γραμματέας – Λεμεσός
Responsibilities
- Secretarial tasks and Reception desk (Telephones and Customer Service);
- To act as a Personal Assistant to one of the partners in the Company management for various clients (preparation of letters, corporate and accounting filing,);
- Preparation of Financial Statements;
- Submission of Annual Return (HE32) with Financial Statements;
- Arranging for execution, certification, apostille and legalization of documents;
- Follow up with secretaries processing of documents for notarization, apostille, Companies House and final dispatch to clients via international/local couriers;
- Check supplier invoices relevant to corporate services;
- Assist the payroll department in the completion of the Social Insurance forms for various clients;
- Other admin duties as and when required and assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- Holder of a secretarial/ administration diploma;
- Be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, technically strong individual with good communication and team working skills;
- Have at 3 years work experience in a similar environment (audit, accountancy firm, law firm, financial services company);
- Fluent in Greek and English- Russian will be considered as an advantage;
- Possess excellent general IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
Office Hours
Continuous 08.00 – 16.00 or 09.30- 17.30 interchangeably throughout the week in coordination with the other secretary/receptionist;
One afternoon off;
