Our firm is looking to hire a personal assistant, at our office in Nicosia.
Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide secretarial and administrative support to the company’s director. In addition the successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls and general office administration duties,communication with clients, document preparation, filing and copying.
Qualifications
- University/College degree in the field of Secretarial Studies –Office administration – Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience
- Basic typing skills
- Proficiency in Greek and English – Additional language will be considered as an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
We are looking for well-organized person, with good communication and time management skills. The successful candidate should be able to work and adapt efficiently to any task given and treat everything with professionalism and integrity.
A competitive remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience. Our firm offers 13th salary, flexible working hours and Friday’s afternoon off.
