Customer Service Clerk
Larnaca Airport /Cargo Area
Requirements for the above position
- High School Graduate with a minimum grade 17/20
- University/College Degree in the field of Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management or any other related degree will be an advantage
- Any related experience will be an advantage
- Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Strong personality, energetic, positive, with proven communications skills
- Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Fluency in Greek and English (speaking / writing)
Job Description
- Receiving customer requests and follow up for completion of all requests
- Daily communication with company’s partners abroad
- Develop and maintain excellent cooperation with company’s customers
- Perform and complete day-to-day department operations as per instructions from supervisor
- Any other job-related responsibilities
