Main Duties / Responsibilities
Coordinate, purchase order, dispatch, material status and other requirements with supplier, transporter, customers and factory. Other necessary documentation and administrative work, export and import documentation. Payments and deliveries follow up.
Manage delivery schedule and import/export procedures effectively
Back Office – Office Coordination – Import and Export documentation – Purchase and freight coordination
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education in areas such as business, accounting or relevant
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
- Strong written skills and attention to detail necessary for writing, editing and formatting tasks
- Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and shifting deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Discretion and confidentiality
