We invite applications for the position of a receptionist-secretary. The successful applicant will be responsible to carry out daily secretarial, organisational and administrative tasks of the office.
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Have at least 3 years previous experience in a similar position
- Be a holder of a Certificate in Office Management (Secretarial Studies)
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to communicate and co-operate with the clients and management
- Pleasant, outgoing personality
- Self-motivated and career driven
- Good command of the Greek and English language. Russian language will be considered as an advantage
