Requirements of the successful candidate
- Proven working experience in the field of offshore companies (at least 2-3 year’s).
- Good Knowledge of Registrar of companies’ site.
- Strong computer skills on Ms Office, high attention to details and ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken), knowledge of Hungarian language will considered as an advantage.
- Incorporating companies, completion and filing of company forms/Cyprus and abroad.
- Arranging for execution, certification, apostille and legalization of documents.
- Responsible for the day-to-day updating of the corporate database consisting of offshore and onshore companies.
- Comply with KYC requirements and keeping updated records in the database.
- Liaising with service providers, authorities and various external parties as may be requested from time to time
- Document flow including dispatch of documents via international/local couriers
