Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of Accounting (Higher)
- Strong attention to details
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Accounting software will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language is a must
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Update database or records with new information ad hoc
- Transfer data from paper format into computer files using optical scanners
- Create spreadsheets and word documents
- Assistance to the accounting department
- Cater for internal meetings
- Maintain a trusting relationship with suppliers and customers
