Administrator/ Office Manager
S Droussiotis Real Estate Ltd is seeking to hire a qualified and highly motivated administrator/office manager for immediate appointment. As an administrator/office manager, you will assume the duty of administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
-answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence;
-maintaining diaries and arranging appointments;
-typing, preparing and collating reports, filing;
liaising with relevant organizations and clients/organizing meetings;
-acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Please note, that the ideal candidate should be:
-Proactive, attentive, self-managed, capable of multi-tasking;
-Eligible to work in Cyprus;
-Fluent in English and Greek.
Working hours are 8.30-17.30
