MultiBusiness Ltd: Office Administrator – Πάφος

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for full time employment in Paphos.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing daily secretarial, administrative and organisational tasks
  • Preparation of letters and emails
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively under pressure
  • Welcoming and assisting clients
  • Directing telephone request
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft office Suite applications and internet
  • Dealing with electronic and hard copy archiving of clients’ documents
  • Reception duties

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year experience in similar position
  • College or University in Secretarial Studies (or similar subject) will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal skills of Greek and English language
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Pleasant personality
  • Positive, mature and professional attitude

Completive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
