OUR CLIENT, an International Yacht Chartering Business, is looking for an Office Administrator to provide support to the Central Agent (C.A.) fleet manager and undertake general office administration duties in our Nicosia office. Candidates must be fluent in English, computer proficient and hold a driving license. Additional languages and experience in yachting is an advantage. Candidates must be able to show strong writing skills and speaking skills, excellent time management and good work ethic.
Candidates should live or wish to live nearby Nicosia.
- At least 3 years of College Education or Bachelor
- Experience in an international environment
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management
- Strong writing skills and speaking skills in English
- Proficient with MS Office Applications
- CRM experience is a plus
Responsibilities will include:
- Office assistance
- Answering the phone, emails and greeting clients
- Assist the C.A. Fleet Manager with:
- Handling enquiries and charters documents
- Creating presentations and itineraries
- Handling relation with Clients/Captains/Harbors
- Helping arrange travel plans and accommodation
- Planning of events
- Preparing charter details for contract and drafting of the contract
- Data tracking and preparation of periodical reports
- Send marketing content to promote the fleet, in collaboration with the Marketing department.
- Prepare documents/brochures
Salary offered is in the region of €1000 – €1200 per month including 13th Salary.
