1. Assistant Purchasing Manager – Larnaca
- Studies in Tourism or experience in Tourism (i.e. Hotel or incoming travel agency).
- Fluent in English (any other languages i.e. German will be considered as an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of computer, excel, word, Microsoft Outlook.
- Good organization skills.
- This is a very responsible and challenging position, it requires excellent organisational skills, flexibility and very good communication skills.
- The successful candidate should be able to work as a team or individually.
- Manage and develop relations with hotels and partner tour operators.
- To assist the Purchasing Manager to maximize sales.
- Managing various booking/rate engines and internal software.
- To assist the Purchasing Manager with the hotel contracting and the daily departmental duties.
- Manage daily correspondence with partner tour operators.

2. EXCURSION DEPARTMENT – Larnaca
Position available: Excursions office assistant
Duties: Create-organize and control daily excursions in various languages
3. INCOMING DEPARTMENT – Larnaca
Position available: Reservations and/or transfers office assistant
Duties: Booking hotel rooms and/or coordinating transfers.
4. OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT – Larnaca and Paphos
Positions available: Airport Representatives, in Larnaka and Pafos Airport.
Duties: Meet and assist clients to their transfers. English language is a must.
Russian and/or German is an advantage.
