Lamda Card Services, a leading financial company in Limassol, seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Customer Support Officer.
Job Description: -Provide support to customers via telephone and email. -Promote the Company’s products and services -Resolve client queries and provide support when required -Be the liaison between client’s requests, compliance department and offer support to the Account Managers -Provide a quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the account -Lead and manage accounts of existing clients
Requirements: -University Degree in Business Administration or related field -Previous experience of working in a customer support position -Must be fluent in written and spoken Greek and English, Spanish/French/Russian is advantage. -Excellent communicator over the telephone and email -Good time management and priority handling -Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
