We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for a full-time position, for our Nicosia office.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organising meetings and calls
- Post job ads for various openings and arrange interviews
- Preparation of letters, contracts and any other correspondence
- Correspond with other departments and ensure smooth office operation
- Attending telephone calls and any other duties required
- Provide a wide range of Admin support service
- General office administration duties
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position as a PA or Administrator
- Flexible, adaptable with an excellent work ethic
- Pleasant and helpful personality with positive attitude
- Able to communicate well in various settings
- Able to work extended hours if the need arises
- Fluency in Greek and English is essential
- Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
