Administration Coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Office management (incl T&E expenses)
  • Contact with clients (mostly publishers) regarding settlements and invoices
  • Basic bookkeeping for Waytogrow entities worldwide
  • Cooperation with Finance department on day-to-day topics
  • Proceeding with sales invoices
  • Coordination of process regarding signing agreements
  • Control on receivables and liabilities
  • Preparing bank transfers
