We are now seeking an Office Administrator.
This is the ideal role for an articulate and organised professional, looking to work with a successful and innovative company.
To be considered, you must have:
- Fluency in English and Greek with excellent active listening, written and verbal communication skills. Native English would be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion is a must.
- Familiarity with the IT sector will be considered as an advantage.
- Basic accounting.
- Driving licence.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Working hours are between 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
- Manage correspondence and incoming calls
- Log support tickets on our ticketing system, Autotask.
- Scheduling and Managing appointments, meetings and company events.
- Adhere to departmental procedures and accurate record keeping ensuring compliance as well as client and management satisfaction.
- Processing sales and purchasing both for the office as well as for clients.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Working with confidential and sensitive information.
- Secretarial support to the Manager on daily activities and affairs.
