We’re looking for an Office Administrator who will be responsible for both managing the office and supporting the Director. This role would fit a well organised and fast learner individual who is keen to work as part of a dynamic and fast-growing team.
- Manages administrative duties and ensures that office is operating smoothly.
- Provides direct administrative support as needed, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, meetings, events and maintaining a filing system.
- Develops office policies and procedures and ensures they are implemented.
- Communicating and organising staff.
- Provide secretarial support to Director.
Requirements and skills
- Able to Lead and Organise
- Great administration skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Fluent in oral and written Greek and English
- Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office Applications
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident, trusted and engaging personality
- Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work, fast learner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Relevant Academic knowledge.
- Preferably, 1+ year of work experience in Administration or Secretarial role.
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (with 1h lunch break)
The successful candidate’s salary will be determined based on academic and past experience.
