Who we are
The company Sozos Iordanou & Son LTD is one of the main distributors and suppliers of power tools, clothing and safety equipment, construction equipment, accessories and consumables, paints, fasteners, garden tools, stainless steel parts, and other materials in Cyprus.
How can you help
Our sales department is looking for a new salesperson to join the team.
You will be the point of contact between Sozos and its potential customers and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our products.
As a member of the team, you will collaborate with many stakeholders, such as suppliers, logistics and customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on products and services
- Drive sales with product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Establish trust with customers
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, emails or in person
- Participate in sales events
- Complete the sale by collecting payments at the checkout machine
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Speaks, writes and understands : Greek, English, Russian is a plus
- Knowledge in Microsoft’s pack office
- Interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- At ease with using emails
- Valid van driving license
