Our Limassol based Management Office requires a Receptionist/Accounts Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. This position involves being part of accounts as well as involvement in office administration and procedures.
- Assisting Accounts Department
- Keeping the agenda and travel arrangements, obtaining relevant Visa for Senior Management
- Provide secretarial/administration and accounting support
- Office Management duties
Skills and Experience required:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper/Administrator
- Excellent English and Greek language skills
- Very good knowledge of windows applications software: MS office, Word, Excel
- Highly motivated, ability to use own initiative, work under pressure, prioritize and work independently
- Very strong administrative skills and time management skills
