For 3 years on our project, we have reached the top 2 position of world leaders and managed to achieve a significant impact on the industry as a whole. Now the product is localized into 13 languages and presented in more than 100countries.
Due to our growth, we are now searching for an English-speaking Customer Service Agent and a Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities of our future teammate:
– Consulting our clients on using the platform effectively
– Presenting special offers and innovations on the platform
– On going contact with clients via e-mail and phone answering to any queries and concerns
– Native/Near Native speaker of the English language
– Experience of phone conversations
