Avant Management Services Ltd is seeking to recruit an experienced and hard-working Office Administrator.

Key Duties

  • Managing / booking appointments
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Typing documents and reports
  • Creating and maintaining filing system
  • Coordinate office

Requirements

  • Diploma in Secretarial studies or other relevant diploma
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to take on more responsibilities
