1.  Medical Representative

The successful candidate will become a member of DELORBIS Commercial Operations Cyprus Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the promotion of the company’s products in its assigned territory
• Establish deep understanding for customer needs, challenges, competition, key market trends etc.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities an untapped potential
• Establish strong business relationships with internal and external customers
• Implement accurate targeting and segmentation per product to ensure accurate positioning and focus promotion in assigned territory
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager

Experience and Skills:

• BSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications (word, excel, power point, outlook) and generated computer skills
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously and solve problems
• Previous experience as a sales representative in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the Cyprus market will be considered as an advantage.

2.  Pharmacy Representative

The successful candidate will become a member of DELORBIS Commercial Operations Cyprus Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate volume and market share growth by achieving sales targets
• Placement and promotion of new and existing products to pharmacies
• Establish deep understanding for customer needs, challenges, competition, key market trends etc
• Build and maintenance strong relationships with key customers
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager

Experience and Skills:

• BSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language.

3.  Marketing Manager 

The successful candidate will become a member of DELORBIS Commercial Operations Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To study medical and marketing information on products of the company to define their benefits, market share, positioning relatively to target groups of competitors, marketing promotion strategy in accordance to defined target groups.
•  Be responsible for executing global marketing initiatives to drive business growth including innovation in the way we conduct business, customer/patient connections, path to purchase strategies, insight development & deployment, brand positioning, pricing strategy and expansion strategy.
• Build working processes and relationships with regional & International Field managers & Partners, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Legal and Compliance teams for strategic understanding and partnership in driving effective and efficient programs
• Develop multi-channel marketing programs (non-branded/disease awareness, branded, educational), execute and measure through optimal channels working with advertising & promotion partners and regional – International Sales teams &Partners
• To study the socio-demographic characteristics of consumers, their needs, criteria and attitudes consumption patterns of strategic products

Experience and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, marketing, or business.  MBA will be considered an asset
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, and/or prior field base experience will be considered an advantage.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications (word, excel, power point, outlook) and generated computer skills.
• Effective organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize conflicting demands to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated experience using innovative digital channels and platforms for communications
• Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies, and general requirements to both internal and external stakeholders

4.  Λειτουργός Ασφάλειας και Υγείας

Η φαρμακευτική εταιρεία Delorbis Pharmaceuticals Ltd ζητά να προσλάβει άμεσα Λειτουργό Ασφάλειας και Υγείας για τα γραφεία της στη Βιομηχανική Εργατών.

 Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

• Πανεπιστημιακός τίτλος σε θέματα Επαγγελματικής Ασφάλειας και Υγείας ή Μηχανολογίας ή άλλο σχετικό κλάδο
• Άριστη γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και MS Office
• Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας
• Ευχάριστη και ευγενική προσωπικότητα

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες:

• Ανάπτυξη πολιτικών και κανονισμών ασφάλειας για τον εργασιακό χώρο
• Αναθεώρηση των υφιστάμενων Γραπτών Εκτιμήσεων Επικινδυνότητας ή/και εκπόνηση νέων ΓΕΚ
• Διερεύνηση ατυχημάτων και επικίνδυνων συμβάντων
• Έλεγχος και διαχείριση προγράμματος ασφάλειας και υγείας των εργαζομένων
• Διεξαγωγή επιθεωρήσεων και υποβολή συστάσεων αναφορικά με τα θέματα Ασφάλειας και Υγείας στις εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας
• Διοργάνωση εκπαιδευτικών σεμιναρίων για θέματα επαγγελματικής ασφάλειας και υγείας
• Προγραμματισμός, οργάνωση και συντονισμός ασκήσεων ετοιμότητας

5.  Deputy Production Manager for Bulk Production 

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring safe work condition.
• Fully implement the production plan in accordance with the instructions of the production manager.
• Ensure manufacturing and all production processes are in compliance with cGMP.
• Perform process investigations, initiate CAPAs and change controls.
• Identify and solve production/packaging problems.
• Responsible to train personnel.
• Ensure the productivity, quality and proper behaviour of staff.
• Develop and monitor KPI’s to improve department metrics.

Experience and Skills:

• University degree in Chemical Engineering or other related field.
• Self-starting.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is compulsory.
• Fluency in English/Greek language.
