Anemi Hotel: Ζητείται Accounts Assistant – Πάφος
Job brief
All of our team at Anemi Hotel & Suites, located in the heart of Kato Paphos, is focused on delivering high quality and excellent customer service standards. We are looking for a talented, motivated individual who shares our philosophy, for the position of Accounts Assistant. As an Account Assistant, you will be part of the hotel team by keeping track of every financial transaction that occurs in the hotel to ensure that all incoming and outgoing money is recorded and handled accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Record accounting entries daily
- Prepare monthly suppliers reconciliation
- Maintain and update the bank registry daily
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns
- Assist in month-end inventory count
- Ad-hoc tasks on management request
Requirements:
- Three years’ experience in a similar position preferably in the hotel industry
- Holder of LCCI accounting higher
- Strong command of the Greek and English languages (both verbal and written)
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of E-soft accounting and E-soft stock control system will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to prioritise and strong analytical skills
- Organisational, time management and team working skills
