Call Center Operator
Skash App is growing rapidly and to keep providing excellent customer service, we are seeking to recruit Greek and English speaking Call Center Operator for our call Center in Nicosia.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via telephone and other support channels, by responding professionally to customer’s inquiries or complaints.
- Updating customer related information on the Call Center software platforms.
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Native Greek speaker.
- Fluency in English.
- Be familiar with Bank related documents.
- Previous experience in a Call Center minimum 1 year.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
In providing excellent service to our customers, we guarantee 24/7 coverage so this role will require working in rotating shifts. The shifts take place during the day, afternoon and/or night and on weekends. Although we do compensate for working night shifts, please consider this before applying.
