We are seeking the right individual to join our team as:
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the effective performance of assigned administrative and secretarial/operational functions. At the same time to maintain effective business relations with clients, vendors and other business professionals.
Among other duties, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the administration and operational functions of the Company
- Coordinating activities within the office
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Contribute in the overall work environment by providing support to team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Office Administration Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and administration skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of written and spoken Greek & English languages.
